When your employees know something you don’t.

Techdirt has a piece on Viacom employee Jon Stewart’s send up of the Viacom/Youtube lawsuit. Apart from being  funny, meta and self-referential as all hell, the message that front line employees usually have a better idea of what is happening than the people steering the ship is a powerful one that has been repeated throughout history. Let’s see if this turns the good ship Viacom towards the iceberg, or out into the open water…
