View source for Info on getting up and running with Android SDK

1) Download eclipse (just pick one of the mirrors):

2) Download the Android SDK (accept lic agreement then pick the file for your OS):

3) Install the Android plugin for Eclipse. This requires a few steps, but is well detailed here:
