For my project there is a hack funtionality available within yelp itself to do something similar to what I have proposed. However, it is complicated and hard ot use. I think that the difference in my implementation is that it is not hack funtionality, and can be done easily by any user.&lt;br /&gt;

My project is targeted at people planning multistop nights out.  So if they want to stay within a certain area they can define it and only receive information for that area and not outlying places that come up in the search.  I could also see this being used by office workers to find a place to go within a certain bounding box and irection of their workplace.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To serve this information to users I will be using the google maps api and the Yelp api. I&amp;#039;ll store Venue information after a lookup and I&amp;#039;ll scrape this from yelp.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
