Although prior to consumer integrated GPS, I immediately experienced a Portable Navigation System via a quick call to my dad. His time zone was conveniently 3 hours behind mine, so I could ring him at 1AM exhausted after a concert when I took a wrong turn in San Francisco trying to get back to Santa Cruz and he would look up my location (online/map) and direct me in real time while driving home. | ||
