so, nothing says i care like remembering the details. but also nothing says creepy like stalker behavior. so how can i remind someone of something in a location-aware way without smothering and creeping them out? how about something in the middle? something like a mash-up of leaving secret love letters and sending flowers.

i'll leave you a note in a specific place that reminds me of you -- maybe it's where we had our first date, maybe i want to thank my dad for teaching me to drive in the intersection where i wrecked his car, maybe it's where we got caught in a giant fight and i still want you to know that i'm sorry, maybe we all had a great time partying here and i want everyone to remember, maybe you just want to keep laying a guilt trip on me ''everytime'' i go by a certain place (dude, whatever), maybe i just want to tell you "remember when we ate here and got food poisoning? that was fucked up."
i'll leave you a note mapped to a specific place that reminds me of you and when you pass by, you'll pick up a text -- maybe it's where we had our first date, maybe i want to thank my dad for teaching me to drive in the intersection where i wrecked his car, maybe it's where we got caught in a giant fight and i still want you to know that i'm sorry, maybe we all had a great time partying here and i want everyone to remember, maybe you just want to keep laying a guilt trip on me ''everytime'' i go by a certain place (dude, whatever), maybe i just want to tell you "remember when we ate here and got food poisoning? that was fucked up."

ok, this is corny and hallmarky, but i think i would actually like something like this.

so, nothing says i care like remembering the details. but also nothing says creepy like stalker behavior. so how can i remind someone of something in a location-aware way without smothering and creeping them out? how about something in the middle? something like a mash-up of leaving secret love letters and sending flowers.

i'll leave you a note mapped to a specific place that reminds me of you and when you pass by, you'll pick up a text -- maybe it's where we had our first date, maybe i want to thank my dad for teaching me to drive in the intersection where i wrecked his car, maybe it's where we got caught in a giant fight and i still want you to know that i'm sorry, maybe we all had a great time partying here and i want everyone to remember, maybe you just want to keep laying a guilt trip on me everytime i go by a certain place (dude, whatever), maybe i just want to tell you "remember when we ate here and got food poisoning? that was fucked up."
