I am going to create a mobile casting service, which merges user-generated contents and the social networking methodology. After taking photos, videos or recorded speech, users can create feeds for the media files and upload to the website, while the actual media files stay on the mobile device. Through subscription to user-generated content, a user can automatically download media files from other mobile phones by using peer-to-peer technology. Users can search, browse and tag casting feeds directly on mobile devices. There are groups for the users, who can rate, comment and discuss within groups.

The first step I'm going to do is to create a J2ME app which can parse podcasting feeds and save the media files on the user's mobile phone. I'm also going to create a website for indexing feeds, something like iTune podcasting index.
